7 days return policy from time of delivery. 

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return shoes due to sizing errors so it is very important you check the sizing chart and make sure you order correctly. 

Damaged shoes should be reported within 7 days. Please send an email with images to myrootsshoes@gmail.com and/or myrootsofficiel20@gmail.com.
